Ms. Sarah is a lifelong dancer and her contagious passion for dance shows every time she takes the stage. Her love for dance, cheerleading, and acrobatics started at an early age, with her first dance class at the young age of 5 and first foray into cheering at 12. She danced under Erin Warpole and Larry Payne at the Center Stage Studio and Dance Theatre of Jacksonville, where she also also first began training as an assistant teacher and choreographer. Ms. Sarah was a competitive dancer and cheerleader in her youth, winning numerous regional and national awards across multiple genres and being named All-American Cheerleader in 1993.
Ms. Sarah is also a former dance studio owner and creative director, winning multiple choreography awards in tap, jazz, and contemporary. An avid advocate for dance teacher education and dancer wellbeing, Ms. Sarah enjoys continuing education and learning best practices for helping her students excel both inside and outside the classroom. She has several certifications including Acrobatic Arts, YPAD, and through multiple CLI courses to include early childhood dance and choreography.
