Meet Ms. Danaë

Originally from New York, Ms. Danaë has studied dance since the age of 7 at the June Claire School of Dance. During this time she danced under former Rockette Linda Gaché, veteran Fosse dancer Lloyd Culbreath, and Robert Christopher as a member of the Long Island Ballet Theatre. She also studied dance at the Long Island High School for the Arts, the University of Hartford Hartt School of Dance, and the State University of New York College at Brockport, where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in dance. Ms. Danaë has extensive training in ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, lyrical, modern, kickline, and broadway dance styles. She has been an instructor with Jessica's Dance Academy for almost a decade, teaching several of our core classes and choreographing for our competitive team which have gone on to win numerous awards including for her original choreography. Ms. Danaë is excited to share her knowledge and love for dance with our JDA family.
